  1. Knowledge

Jira answers follow Jira’s access rules

Jira issues and comments sync into knowledge together with project permissions and issue security levels, so each person only gets answers from issues they can see in Jira. Jira is in preview.

  2. Admin

    One integrations page

Every connected tool now lives on a single integrations page, with a summary of what is connected and settings for each integration.

  3. Security

Sign up with your company Google or Microsoft account

Create an account and sign in with a work Google or Microsoft account instead of a separate password.

  4. Admin

    Choose who can use askneutron

Admins decide which people in the organization can use the assistant. A seat is claimed the first time someone asks a question.

  5. Admin

    Groups from connected systems

People synced from a connected system bring their groups with them, so you can give a department access to a source without adding people one by one.

  6. Widget

Dark mode for the chat widget

The widget can follow the light or dark theme of the site it is embedded in, or you can set its appearance yourself.

  7. Widget

The chat widget fits phone screens

On a phone, the widget opens as a bottom sheet that fits the screen instead of a floating window.

  8. Answers

    Charts that fit the data

The assistant picks the chart that suits the numbers in an answer. When you copy an answer, its chart is copied with it as an image.

  9. Answers

Download an answer as Excel or PDF

Save any answer as an Excel workbook or a PDF. Reports with downloads show them as file cards in the chat.

September 2026

  1. Answers

Analysis and forecasts from connected data

Ask for a trend or a forecast and the assistant analyses your connected data in an isolated workspace for your organization, then answers with the numbers and a chart.

  2. Widget

Pick up where you left off

The widget reopens your latest chat, and your chat history is labeled by the last question you asked.

  3. Answers

Follow-up suggestions and a Stop button

Answers end with suggested follow-up questions, and you can stop any reply while it is being written.

August 2026

  1. Admin

Issues and feedback in one place

Unanswered questions, answer feedback, and citation reports now share one review queue in the web app.

  2. Answers

    Report a citation

If a citation is wrong, outdated, irrelevant, or one you cannot open, report it with a reason. Your admins see the report next to the answer and the source.

  3. Developers

Fetch the full source over MCP

Codex, Claude, and other MCP clients can now read more of the source behind a citation, from the same version that search used.

  4. Widget

    Customize the widget launcher

Change the launcher and appearance of the chat widget so it matches your site.

  5. Knowledge

    Google Drive follows Drive sharing

Files synced from Google Drive keep their Drive sharing permissions, so answers only use files the person asking can open. Google Drive is in preview.

  6. Developers

Sign in to MCP clients as yourself

Connecting Codex, Claude, or another MCP client now uses a sign-in and approval step, so every search runs with your own access.

  7. Knowledge

    Retention policies

Set how long replaced and removed knowledge is kept. Enterprise plans can choose custom retention periods.

  8. Knowledge

    Freshness reminders

Admins get reminders to review knowledge that may be out of date, before it leads to stale answers.

  9. Security

    Enterprise single sign-on

Enterprise organizations can sign in through their identity provider with SAML or OpenID Connect.

  10. Knowledge

    Document version history

When you replace a document, earlier versions are kept so you can see what it said before. Answers use the current version.

  11. Developers

API keys for the hosted API

Create API keys in the web app to call search and chat from your own product.

  12. Answers

    Answer feedback and knowledge gaps

Mark an answer as helpful or not, with an optional note. Questions the knowledge base could not answer are saved as gaps for your admins to fill.

  13. Knowledge

Search your knowledge base in the web app

Admins can search everything the organization has added, straight from the knowledge pages.

Ask your company anything.
